This psychological thriller is about Yuki, a loner who's not very good with people. Has some great psychotic characters in this as well as some disturbing romance and some pretty good action too, Yukki finds out that he can't trust anyone

Really cool anime involving a lot of futuristic tech revolving around a world where people's emotions are monitored and if it becomes unstable they are labelled "latent criminals" and taken down by the Public Safety Bureau. The specialised guns they use are badass, definitely worth watching.
